ABOUT ME
During my twenty eight years experience in hospitality I have gained a wealth of knowledge in Restaurants, Nightclubs and Bars, Hotels and as a Food to Go Expert. I was voted as a TOP 20 Hospitality influencer in 2023 The brands that I have worked for have been both Independent and large PLCs, enabling me to work on a larger scale or be agile to the needs of emerging brands.
Most recently I have successfully launched CUPP Bubble Tea into the Franchise Market. I have established CUPP as one of the fastest growing Food to Go brands in the U.K. CUPP now has 40 Sites open 170 contracted sites opening in the next five years, both in the U.K and Internationally.
With a strong work ethic, I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, working with great integrity and passion, striving to create a significant outcome for all tasks undertaken.
